Paralegal Opportunity in Texas
Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Litigation Paralegal to join a reputable boutique firm in Texas. The paralegal will play an integral role in the litigation process, supporting attorneys in high-stakes commercial disputes from file to trial.
Responsibilities:
- Manage litigation files from inception through trial, including case calendaring, document management, and trial preparation.
- Conduct and manage E-Discovery, including document collection, review, and production using industry-standard platforms.
- Draft and file pleadings, discovery requests/responses, subpoenas, and other legal documents.
- Assist with deposition preparation, witness coordination, and exhibit organization.
- Attend court proceedings and provide in-court support to attorneys as needed.
- Maintain case databases and ensure accurate and timely updates.
- Liaise with clients, experts, and court personnel professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably in commercial litigation.
- Proven file-to-trial experience, including trial attendance and support.
- Proficiency in E-Discovery platforms (e.g., Relativity, Logikcull, Concordance).
- Strong understanding of Texas court procedures and filing systems.
- Comfortable and confident in a courtroom setting.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Additional Details:
Max Pay is $85,000. Min Pay is $60,000.
